Terms of service

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms are an agreement between Threedezy, a Michigan business ("threedezy", "we"), and the business that signs up for or pays for our service ("you"). A signed order or proposal from us can add to or change these terms for your account; where they differ, the order wins.

1. What we provide

What's included in your plan, its price and its limits are as shown when you sign up or in your order. Where a plan includes unlimited changes, that covers price and rule changes; we add new fabrics and finishes for you up to the monthly number your plan shows, and you can add more yourself in the console or ask us to quote a larger batch.

2. Your account

Keep your console passwords and license keys to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with them. Add teammates through the console rather than sharing a sign-in. Your license works on the websites listed on your account. Tell us promptly if you think a password or key has leaked.

3. Plans, payment and credits

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us: product information, photos, drawings, prices and brand materials ("your content"). You let us use your content only to provide and improve the service for you, including showing it on your website and in your console. You confirm you have the rights to send it to us.

We may show your configurator as an example of our work (for instance on threedezy.com) unless you tell us not to.

5. Models we make for you

Once the credits for a model are paid, you may use that model of your product for as long as you like, including outside threedezy, and we'll give you the GLB file on request. We keep the right to reuse our general techniques, materials and code, but never your product designs, for anyone else.

6. Leads and visitor data

For the quote requests, saved designs and statistics your configurators collect, you decide what's collected and why, and we process it on your behalf, as our privacy policy describes. You're responsible for having a privacy policy on your website that covers the configurator, and for meeting the laws that apply to your contact with the people who send you leads. We'll help you answer requests from those people, and we'll tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach that affects their data.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to show content you don't have the rights to, or to send spam. Don't try to get around license checks or usage limits, put heavy load on the service on purpose, or copy our software to build a competing product. We may suspend a configurator that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service running and fast, and we'll tell you in advance about planned maintenance that could affect your site. We don't promise it will never be interrupted. Support is by email at [email protected], usually within one business day.

9. Warranties and liability

Apart from what these terms say, the service is provided "as is", without other warranties, to the extent the law allows. 3D models and prices shown are representations: you're responsible for checking that your options, prices and rules are correct before they go live.

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. These limits don't apply to your payment obligations or to liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can end this agreement by cancelling your plan. We can end it with 30 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms and don't fix it within 14 days of our notice. When it ends, your configurators stop working; for 30 days afterwards you can ask us for an export of your leads, statistics and the models you paid for, after which we delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

11. General

We may update these terms; we'll email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you takes effect, and the change applies from your next billing period. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Michigan. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
