Privacy policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

threedezy (Threedezy, a Michigan business, "we") makes 3D product configurators that businesses ("customers") run on their own websites. This page explains what we collect on threedezy.com, through the configurators on our customers' sites, and in the threedezy console, and what we do with it. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Configurators on our customers' websites

When you use a configurator on a store's website, we process the following on that store's behalf. The store decides what to do with its leads; its own privacy policy covers that.

WhatWhat it includesWhy
Usage statisticsThe options you pick, the price shown, tools you use (such as AR or the fit check), how long the visit lasted, the page address, the site you came from (its address without any search terms), and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. Each visit gets a random ID that isn't stored on your device and isn't linked to you or to other visits. To show the store which options and tools its customers use. No names, emails or IP addresses are recorded with these statistics.
Quote requests, saved designs and swatch ordersWhat you enter in the form (such as your name, email, phone, postal address for swatches, and message) and the build you configured. To deliver your request to the store by email, to its dashboard and, if it set one up, to its own systems. If the store allows it, you get a copy by email.
Technical dataYour browser's request to load the configurator and the store's 3D files, including your IP address. To check that the configurator is running on a site that's allowed to use it, deliver files quickly and keep the service secure. We don't keep IP addresses with usage statistics or leads.
